Now a leading Cape Town food distributor, the business was started in February 1998 as a distribution agent for Denny Mushrooms, servicing the Retail Catering Trade in the Western Cape. With two delivery vehicles, two sales reps and three admin staff the company started servicing the trade with Fresh Mushrooms. The business was formed as a subsidiary of M&R Marketing and operated originally from M&R's premises at Epping Market, Cape Town.
